The firm’s founder, Richard Rowe, believes in providing each client and candidate with personalized attention and is involved in the search process the entire way. Richard has over twenty years of financial recruiting experience and prior to professional recruiting he worked in accounting for a Fortune 500 company. He started his recruiting career in 1996 with a national search firm and was promoted from recruiting manager to branch manager. In 1998 he helped launch MBI Financial Staffing in Greenville, SC. There he was the firm’s top producer and quickly earned a reputation for providing top talent to his clients in an ethical and timely manner. During that time, he also expanded his search expertise to include Human Resources, Procurement, Legal and IT. In 2007 Richard was inducted into the Pinnacle Society, an elite consortium of top performing recruiters in the search and placement industry limited to 75 members.
