THE PROCESS

Each search begins with an in depth interview with you the client. We want to fully understand not only the technical aspects of the specific role, we want to know your company culture and how we can best partner with you to fill the role. We will target competitor companies, leverage our extensive network of industry professionals and passive candidates that are not actively responding to job postings.Our job is to thoroughly screen each candidate prior to submitting a resume to you. You will only see candidates that are serious about interviewing for your role, meet the technical requirements, and are in the compensation range as well. We will work with the hiring manager in each step of the process from setting up interviews to offer and acceptance. We perform a thorough debrief with candidates after every interview, allowing us to address concerns along the way and minimize offers that may not be accepted. In today’s market, top candidates usually have multiple opportunities; it’s our job to keep you informed along the way and work through the interview process in a timely manner.


Our job does not end with an offer being accepted. We stay in contact with the candidate during their transition time from their previous job. Once they have begun working for you, we monitor their simulation in to your company and their new role. We work closely with both of you to ensure a successful onboarding process.
